Sixteen years in metal fabrication. Five running Capilano Sign. We build and install building signage for general contractors, architects and property owners across BC — and we don’t leave until it passes inspection.
Most sign companies are sales offices. They take your order, farm out the fabrication, hire a crew to hang it, and hand you a phone number when something goes wrong. We are the shop. Mechanical-engineering background, sixteen years of fabrication behind it, and the machines are ours — CNC, CO2 laser, UV printer, 3D printer, laser welder. When we quote a lead time, we’re the ones who have to make it.
Most of our work is commercial: building signage packages for general contractors, architects and property managers — shop drawings, fabrication, installation, and staying with it through inspection sign-off. We’ve done work for PCL, KPMG, Kumar Architects, Gilmore Wellness, Nava Clinic, Parsa Wellness, Elite Life and Sara Beauty, among others. Scale isn’t the issue: one engraved plate or a whole building, same crew.

The shop is ours
CNC, laser, UV print, 3D printing and welding in our own building. Nothing important gets subcontracted, so nothing important slips.
