FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people ask most before starting a sign project. Still not sure? Just reach out.

How long does a sign take?

It depends on the type. Simple plates and vinyl can be a few days; custom, illuminated or fabricated signs are usually 1–3 weeks. We confirm a timeline with every quote.

Do you install, or just build?

Both. We install across British Columbia, and for clients further out we crate and ship worldwide for local installation.

What materials do you work with?

Acrylic, aluminum, ACM (aluminum composite), PVC, stainless steel, brass, bronze, wood and a full range of vinyl and LED components.

What artwork file should I send?

Vector is best (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). High-resolution PNG or JPG is usually fine too — and if you only have a rough idea, we can redraw or design it for you.

Can you help with permits?

Yes. We can prepare drawings and advise on sign permits. Final approval depends on your municipality, and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Is there a minimum order?

No strict minimum — from one engraved plate to a full building. Larger quantities get better pricing.

How does payment work?

Quote → you approve → deposit → balance on completion. Online card checkout is coming soon.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — a workmanship warranty on our fabrication, with LED and electrical components covered per the manufacturer.

Which areas do you serve?

North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and the Lower Mainland — with installation across BC and shipping worldwide.

Can I just send a photo?

Absolutely. Message a photo of the wall, storefront or old sign on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll advise on options and rough pricing.
